We offer review and compilation services.

• Compilations are the basic level of service generally provided by CPA’s. With a compilation, no audit or review procedures are provided, the financial information is the representation of management, and no assurance is expressed by the CPA.
  
  
• A Review is the next level of service. The financial information is still the representation of management. The CPA performs inquiry and analytical procedures to the financial data, and expresses limited assurance that no material modifications are needed for the statements to be in conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals, (GAAP).
  
  
• An Audit is the highest level of service provided. Extensive planning, testing, and due professional care is exercised. With this service, the CPA will assert whether the statements are presently fairly in accordance with GAAP. We do not provide audit services at this time.
